Stop the service and reset the data

sudo systemctl stop canined.service
cp $HOME/.canine/data/priv_validator_state.json $HOME/.canine/priv_validator_state.json.backup
canined tendermint unsafe-reset-all --keep-addr-book --home $HOME/.canine

Get and configure the state sync information
